Before the Dawn by Dean Hughes
Why we like it:
This is a story about widow who is called by her bishop to be the Relief Society president. She is shocked, as is everyone in the ward because she is very outspoken and opinionated. It is a good story because it shows that anyone can change and we shouldn't judge a person by first impressions.
